LivemeetAI provides an AI-powered virtual meeting platform that enables users to:

  • Conduct virtual meetings with photorealistic AI participants
  • Access various AI expert avatars for consultation and assistance
  • Utilize voice-enabled natural language interaction
  • Record and transcribe conversations (with appropriate permissions)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
  • Notify us immediately of any security breach

Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases for existing subscribers.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are generally not provided except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to use LivemeetAI services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

AI Usage and Limitations

AI-Generated Content

Our AI avatars generate responses based on machine learning models. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • AI avatars do not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
  • You use AI-generated content at your own risk
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI interactions

Usage Limits

Your subscription plan includes specific usage limits (meeting duration, number of sessions, etc.). Exceeding these limits may result in:

  • Service interruption or throttling
  • Additional charges
  • Requirement to upgrade your plan

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of LivemeetAI (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, software, and design) are owned by LivemeetAI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to our service. However, by using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Use, reproduce, and process your content to provide the service
  • Improve our AI models using anonymized data
  • Create aggregated analytics and insights

Conversation Data

Conversations with AI avatars may be used to improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your conversation history at any time.

Data Privacy and Security

Your use of LivemeetAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that:

  • Internet transmissions are never completely secure
  • You use the service at your own risk

Third-Party Services

  • Google Gemini AI for natural language processing
  • Web Speech API for voice recognition
  • Payment processors for billing
  • Analytics and monitoring tools

Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from use of or inability to use the service
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LivemeetAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Binding Arbitration

Changes to Terms

Termination
